17:12 Gamma "We have now monitored a marked change in the recovery progress, following a configuration change to our SBCs, which has further stabilised the Horizon service."

16:25 Gamma "Our engineering teams continue to work closely with our technology partners attempting a number of changes to work towards a full restoration. We apologise for the ongoing issues and will provide an update in 30 minutes."

16:01 - Gamma "There are additional works planned over the next 30 minutes that should help to further improve the registration. On newly registered handsets we have reports of one way audio, or no audio, which we are also investigating as a priority. Next update due in 30 minutes."

14:07 - Gamma are still monitoring a slow but positive recovery of Horizon services following the earlier work. They are now taking some additional measures with our technology partner to expedite the recovery.

Please be advised that our phone provider is experiencing nationwide issue with their phone system which is affecting all the Amber Road Hubs at present.

Amber road is open as normal and our telephone provider is working hard to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
