Conferma offers Amber Road clients automated billing, improving the speed and accuracy of bills provided. Amber Road clients will also have access to Conferma’s TripPay mobile app, providing hotel booking information to resolve any billback issues before they occur.

What does this mean for you?

No more failed bill-backs! That’s right, we’re putting an end to failed bill-backs with not one but two great apps! (see below).

Have you ever been in a situation were you’ve turned up to a hotel to find they either don’t have a record of your booking or a record of the 3rd party card supplied?

Well, Conferma sends a copy of the booking confirmation to the hotel both at the time of booking and on the day of arrival. The traveller can also show the hotel the 3rd party card as it’s stored in the app in case of any problems.



TripPay is a hotel only mobile application powered by Conferma which provides the traveller with peace of mind whilst travelling on company business. TripPay allows the traveller to access all the details on their booking from their smartphone, and supply supportive information should the hotel have any issues with the bill-back setup.

All hotels booked via Amber Road are accessible via the TripPay app.

So, how does it work?

Well, Conferma provides virtual cards for business travellers and will improve our hotel bill-back process, it includes:

  • Automated billing improves speed and accuracy for all parties while eliminating human error.
  • Automated virtual card assignment sent to the hotel with account instructions at the time of booking and then re-sent on the day of arrival
  • Access to the virtual payment card via the Trip-Case or Trip Pay app so the hotel can see it at check-in if required.



TripCase is a mobile application designed to keep all of your itineraries in one place, and keeps you updated whilst on the move. Any bookings made with Amber Road, except rail bookings, will appear in TripCase.

TripCase is linked to the TripPay mobile application and allows the generation of virtual credit cards linked to hotel bookings for use in an emergency.

The app is supported by iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android.
